- upload content that is unlawful or infringes intellectual property rights
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sector disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
The Service provides training and analytics information and is not a safety device. Always use appropriate judgment and follow local rules and safety guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sector will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date.
